Fotoalbum Panoramio je iný v tom, že pravidelne prebieha dávkové pridávanie fotiek užívateľov do aplikácie Google Earth. Nedávno tiež jedno pribudlo.

Pred časom som si tam vytvoril album, jednu fotku pridal a teraz ju môže vidieť každý. Pekne lokalizovanú na konkrétne miesto.
Google Web History
Keď už o tom napísal konečne aj inet.sk, tak by som mal aj ja. Na oficiálnom Google blogu sa píše:

Ja k tomu len dodávam: Ale veď túto službu už používam viac ako 3 roky prostredníctvom aplikácie Google Desktop Searche. A má to jednu zásadnú výhodu. Index navštívených stránok mám pekne doma a pod zámkom, teda na šifrovanom disku.

Knihovník poznamenal: ooorg. To znamená postaviť ju na open source programoch. Google rozšíril podporu Open Office formátov aj do výsledkov vyhľadávania.
